LINE O-10

What is proposed for this section is the following according to the Lakeland Village Master Drainage Plan.

Line O-10 alignment begins at the existing Corydon Channel as a 14 foot wide X 8 foot high rectangular channel the extends southwesterly towards Grand Avenue where it continues westerly along Grand Avenue to Skylark Drive and continues southwesterly for approximately 920 feet to meet the proposed debris basin.

Line 0-10

The dark blue line runs on the mountain side of Grand Avenue. The yellow square is a proposed debris basin located uphill from Grand Avenue on Skylark Drive.

The Dark Blue line is also the underground portion which starts at the debris basin of 1.12 acres in size. This line will be 66 inches in diameter for 1,259 feet where it will increase in size to 78 inches for 2,276 feet before emptying into an open channel behind the strip mall at Corydon and Grand Avenue.
Only a small section of this line will affect Wildomar, from Richard Street southeast to the backside of the strip mall.

What exist there today is wholly inadequate and reminiscent of what one would see in other parts of the county. An open roadside ditch.
