LET’S ADD SOME COLOR TO WILDOMAR

While perusing the web looking something to further brighten up my day I came across this interesting newish art form (having started in the 1990’s) which is currently on display in front of the Temecula Valley Museum.

A small sample of the colorful display that can be had.

See the picture then google “yarn bombing” for more. After seeing Joseph Morabito’s blog about cacti flowers blooming and having personally witnessed the short life span of this colorful display I decided to share this with everyone as it would extend the colorful brightness lacking in this area through out the summer without using any water.
As soon as I can remember how to start a crochet chain I will be attempting this art form.
Being as Wildomar does not have a Citizen Parks and Trails Committee to promote inexpensive activities that bring people together I guess guerilla tactics will be needed to spread the beauty though the city.
