Could this be a future possibility in the community of Wildomar. Although we don’t have our own public utilities (which would more than likely operate much like downtown Baghdad after the U.S. occupation, (122 degrees Fahrenheit), the electricity supply is on for less than two hours per day.)

We have Southern California Edison and despite their shortcomings in keeping San Onofre up and running they do a fairly decent job of supplying the area with electricity.
